Our Bugs's Life #3 - Spiders

Sydney Morning Herald reported this morning on unusually large numbers of very venomous Funnel-Web Spiders appearing in Sydney gardens (see 'Scurry monsters: city in grip of funnel-webs' here).  


This article prompted me to do this post on spiders in our garden (and inside at home).  Sorry about the number of photos, but frankly, I did skip quite a few!


Note that the last photo belongs to a group of images I took of a Garden Orb Weaver spider attacking and consuming a grasshopper. I'll do a separate post on it, stay tuned!
