I'm thrilled to be have managed to capture these images of two Australian
Orchard Swallowtail (Papilio aegeus) butterflies that visited our garden today.
The male (black, on the right in the first picture below) was constantly hovering
around the female, who was stationary most of the time, allowing me time to
take these photos.
I have these visit my inner city hanging garden daily. Beautiful. The particularly like balsam impatiens
