Refreshing my U.S. Podcasts

.

For some time now I've been getting more and more tired of Slate Magazine podcasts I'm subscribing (The Culture and Political Gabfests and The Audio Book Club). I think the presenters are becoming a bit stale, and the culture gabfest is going too much towards light entertainment discussions (TV, award ceremonies, etc.). So, I'm thought of trying out some new ones from the U.S. - I still regularly listen to This American Life, NPR Planet Money,  TomsDispatch, The New Yorker, and New York Review of Books - to possibly replace the Slate gabfests.

I'll report on my findings when I've got some 'results'.
